摘  要:随着钻机结构设计与优化技术的不断发展,钻架的轻量化设计已成为研究的重点方向之一。然而,在强度与刚度的平衡方面,传统设计方法仍存在局限性,无法完全满足现代工程对多目标优化的需求。文中提出了一种基于响应面模型的钻架多目标优化设计方法。首先,建立钻架的静力学和模态分析模型,选取关键设计变量,利用Box-Behnken实验设计法构建响应曲面模型,最终通过多目标遗传算法进行优化求解。优化结果表明,经过多次迭代,钻架的最大等效变形量减少11.43%,质量减轻10.81%,一阶固有频率提高22.39%,最大等效应力略微增加但仍远低于材料的屈服强度。上述改进显著提升了钻架的整体性能,减少了资源消耗和碳排放,符合可持续发展的要求。With the continuous development of drilling rig structure design and optimization technology,lightweight design of drill frames has become a key focus of research.However,traditional design methods still have limitations in balancing strength and stiffness,making it difficult to fully meet the multi-objective optimization requirements of modern engineering.In response to this,our research team has proposed a multi-objective optimization design method for drill frames based on a response surface model.Firstly,we established static and modal analysis models of the drill frame and selected key design variables.Using the Box-Behnken experimental design method,we constructed a response surface model and then employed a multi-objective genetic algorithm for optimization.The optimization results demonstrated that after several iterations,the maximum equivalent deformation of the drill frame was reduced by 11.43%,the weight was decreased by 10.81%,and the first-order natural frequency was increased by 22.39%.Although the maximum equivalent stress slightly increased,it remained well below the yield strength of the material.These improvements significantly enhance the overall performance of the drill frame,reduce resource consumption and carbon emissions,and align with sustainable development goals.This study provides valuable insights for the optimization design of similar structures.
