摘 要:针对铅基快堆中结构材料面临的液态铅铋腐蚀难题,选取15-15Ti奥氏体不锈钢作为研究对象,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和力学性能测试,深入研究了Al含量对固溶态试样在液态铅铋腐蚀条件下组织性能的影响。结果表明:随着Al含量的增加,该钢的铁素体析出温度提升、奥氏体析出温度降低和铁素体含量显著增加,同时σ相析出受到抑制;固溶态试样经液态铅铋腐蚀后的力学性能变化趋势与时效态试样相似,随着Al含量的增加,试样的强度增加,断后伸长率降低;在腐蚀2000 h后,含4%(质量分数,下同)Al固溶态试样的断后伸长率显著低于含3%Al和2%Al固溶态试样,适量的Al能提升该钢的强度,但过高则导致其脆化。因此,经铅铋腐蚀后的含3%Al固溶态试样与展现出良好的强度与韧性匹配性。Aiming at the problem of liquid lead-bismuth corrosion faced by structural materials in lead-based fast reactors,15-15Ti austenitic stainless steel was selected as the research object.The effects of Al content on the microstructure and properties of solid solution samples under liquid lead-bismuth corrosion conditions were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and testing of mechanical properties.The results show that with the increase of Al content,the ferrite precipitation temperature of the steel increased,the austenite precipitation temperature decreased and the ferrite content increased significantly,while the precipitation ofσphase was inhibited.The change trend of mechanical properties of solid solution samples after liquid lead-bismuth corrosion was similar to that of aging samples.With the increase of Al content,the strength of the samples increased and the elongation after fracture decreased.After corrosion for 2000 h,the elongation of solid solution samples containing 4%(mass fraction,the same below)Al was significantly lower than that of solid solution samples containing 3%Al and 2%Al.Appropriate amount of Al could improve the strength of the steel,but excessive Al content led to embrittlement of the steel.Therefore,the solid solution sample containing 3%Al after leadbismuth corrosion showed good strength and toughness matching.
