摘  要:利用腐蚀浸泡试验,分析了硫酸温度和含量对Cu-Sb系低合金钢耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:试样的腐蚀速率随硫酸温度和含量的升高呈现先增后减的趋势,在60℃-40%(质量分数,下同)H_(2)SO_(4)条件下,腐蚀速率最大,为11.96 mg/(cm^(2)·h),低温度低含量硫酸环境使Cu和Sb元素在锈层中富集,试样表面生成了保护性腐蚀产物CuO、Sb_(2)O_(3)、Sb_(2)O_(5),锈层厚度较薄;随硫酸温度和含量的升高,表面腐蚀产物中微裂纹增多,锈层结构变得疏松;在70℃-50%H_(2)SO_(4)条件下钢表面发生钝化形成了致密保护膜,腐蚀速率显著降低。The effects of sulfuric acid temperature and content on the corrosion resistance of Cu-Sb low alloy steel were analyzed by corrosion immersion test.The results show that the corrosion rate of the sample increased first and then decreased with the increase of sulfuric acid temperature and content.Under the condition of 60℃-40%(mass fraction,the same below)H_(2)SO_(4),the corrosion rate reached the maximum,which was 11.96 mg/(cm^(2)·h).The low temperature and low content of sulfuric acid environment made Cu and Sb elements enrich in the rust layer,and the protective corrosion products of CuO,Sb_(2)O_(3),Sb_(2)O_(5) were formed on the surface of the sample,and the thickness of the rust layer was thin.With the increase of sulfuric acid temperature and content,the micro-cracks in the surface corrosion products increased and the rust layer structure became loose.Under the condition of 70℃-50%H_(2)SO_(4),the steel surface was passivated to form a dense protective film,and the corrosion rate was significantly reduced.
