摘  要:采用气相原位充氢方法开展了不同氢气压力条件下X70钢管线的断裂韧性试验,并利用扫描电镜分析了断面形貌的变化。结果表明:当氢气压力为0.6 MPa时,X70钢管线的断裂韧性J0值比无氢环境中降低了23.4%,将氢气压力继续升高至0.96 MPa及1.2 MPa时,断裂韧性J0值分别下降了35.3%和37.1%;随着氢气压力的升高,断面形貌从韧性断裂转变为韧脆混合断裂,最后转变为脆性断裂。The fracture toughness test of X70 steel pipeline under different hydrogen pressures was carried out by gas phase in-situ hydrogen charging method,and the change of fracture surface morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that when the hydrogen pressure was 0.6 MPa,the fracture toughness J0 value of X70 steel pipeline was 23.4%lower than that in hydrogen-free environment.When the hydrogen pressure continued to increase to 0.96 MPa and 1.2 MPa,the fracture toughness J0 value decreased by 35.3%and 37.1%,respectively.With the increase of hydrogen pressure,the fracture morphology changed from ductile fracture to ductile-brittle mixed fracture,and finally to brittle fracture.
