气井口固定式节流阀固体颗粒冲蚀行为的数值模拟

摘  要:在气固两相流冲蚀下井口固定式节流阀的节流效果会降低甚至失效。利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件对阀内的气固流动进行了数值模拟,分析了节流阀内部流场情况、冲蚀位置和冲蚀速率。结果表明:气体进入阀芯时压力先迅速下降,在阀芯中部压力回升后又继续下降;气体流速先迅速达到最大值,在阀芯中部流速下降后又逐渐提高;冲蚀最严重的位置是阀芯入口处与阀芯内部,冲蚀形态呈连续的点状分布,阀芯入口处的冲蚀速率相较于阀芯内部略低;阀芯入口处与内部的冲蚀速率均在固定式节流阀倾斜角度为45°达到最大值,越远离45°冲蚀速率越低。The throttling effect of the wellhead fixed throttle valve will decrease or even fail under the erosion of gas-solid twophase flow.The gas-solid flow in the valve was numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software,and the internal flow field,erosion position and erosion rate of throttle valve were analyzed.The results show that the pressure decreased rapidly when the gas entered the valve core,and then continued to decrease after the pressure raised in the middle of valve core.The gas velocity first reached the maximum value quickly,and then gradually increased after the velocity decreased in the middle of valve core.The most serious erosion happened at the inlet of valve core and inside valve core,and the impact form exhibited a continuous point-like distribution.The erosion rate at the entrance of valve core was slightly lower than that inside valve core.The erosion rate at the inlet and inside of valve core reached the maximum when the inclination angle of fixed throttle valve was 45°.The further the inclination angle deviated 45°,the lower the erosion rate was.
