摘 要:梳理了顺北油田大落差集输管线的现状及其在清管中面临的风险。由于顺北油田大落差管线的介质工况苛刻,且管线沿程高低起伏较大,参考OLGA软件对典型油气管线清管过程的模拟结果,明确其在清管过程中存在清管器卡堵、清管器偏磨及清管器定位装置丢失等风险。通过调研优选了清管类型及清管参数,为避免清管器破损,清管器运行速率应不超过4.95 m/s;泡沫清管器过盈量宜选取5%~8%,机械清管器宜选取2%~5%;清管器背压不宜超过2 MPa。依据清管技术参数对某顺北油气集输管线进行现场清管,清管效果良好。The risk of pigging and the current situation of large drop oil and gas gathering pipelines in Shunbei oilfield were analyzed in this paper.The large drop in height gathering pipelines of Shunbei oilfield had the risk of pigging jamming,eccentric wear of the pigging and loss of the pigging positioning device in pigging due to the harsh working conditions of the transmission medium and the large drop in height pipelines,and referring to the simulation results of typical oil and gas pipeline pigging process by OLGA softwear.The type and parameters of pigging were optimized through investigation,in order to avoid the damage of the pig,the running speed of the pig should not exceed 4.95 m/s.The interference of foam pigging and mechanical pigging should be 5%-8%and 2%-5%either;the back pressure of the pigging should not exceed 2 MPa.The pigging effect of Shunbei typical gas gathering and transmission pipeline was good by referring to pigging technical parameters.
