新文科建设与文科院系转型发展路径:基于组织边界重构的视角

摘  要:新文科建设彰显于学科使命的时代创新、研究范式的融合创新以及组织形态的系统创新。当前文科院系多重组织边界的封闭性特征,制约了内外资源交互、学科交叉融合与实践创新能力提升。既有改革举措如设立跨学科研究平台、开设交叉课程、优化培养方案等虽有局部成效,但受制于科层制管理模式与单一化学科架构,其成效呈现边际递减效应。基于组织边界重构视角,文科院系需优化内部结构,塑造“可渗透边界”以适应新文科发展逻辑,打造“学科-实践”双栖型师资队伍,通过旋转门机制促进院系内外人才流动;构建扁平化治理模式,以权力下放与协同决策激活学术自主权;创新“双轨制”和“团队式”晋升通道,突破囿于学科和个人的评价局限;开发基础、交叉、实践“三位一体”的模块化课程体系,培育具有复合思维的新型文科人才。The construction of new liberal arts is reflected in the innovation of disciplinary missions,the integration of research paradigms, and the systematic innovation of organizational forms. The closed nature of multiple organizational boundaries in current liberal arts departments restricts the interaction of internal and external resources, interdisciplinary integration, and the enhancement of practical innovation capabilities. Although some reform measures such as establishing interdisciplinary research platforms,offering cross disciplinary courses, and optimizing training programs have achieved partial results, they are limited by the hierarchical management model and a single disciplinary structure, resulting in a marginal diminishing effect of reform effectiveness. From the perspective of organizational boundary reconstruction,liberal arts departments need to optimize their internal structure, strive to create “permeable boundaries” to adapt to the development logic of the new liberal arts, focus on building a “discipline practice” dual habitat faculty team, and promote talent flow inside and outside the department through the revolving door mechanism;building a flat governance model, activating academic autonomy through decentralization of power and collaborative decision-making;innovate the “dual track system” and “team style” promotion channels, breaking through the evaluation system limited by disciplines and individuals;develop a modular curriculum system that integrates “foundation cross practice” to cultivate new humanities talents with compound thinking.
