摘　　要：中国原子能科学研究院目前正在研制230 MeV超导质子回旋加速器及其治疗后端装备,为了保证质子治疗过程中,回旋加速器的运行维护人员和公众免受潜在电离辐射的伤害,设计了一套由安全控制器、现场设备和上位计算机组成的三层式结构的人身安全联锁系统。本文阐述了230 MeV超导回旋加速器安全联锁系统的设备组成和联锁逻辑,采用PILZ故障安全型PLC模块,以及相应的软件程序,实现了人身安全联锁功能,并设计了上位控制和监测界面。本人身安全联锁系统已开发完成,进行了总体联调与试运行,达到了设计要求。China Institute of Atomic Energy is currently developing a 230 MeV superconducting proton cyclotron and its treatment backend equipment.In order to ensure that the operation and maintenance personnel of the cyclotron and the public are not harmed by potential ionizing radiation during proton therapy,a three⁃layer safety interlocking system consisting of PLC,on⁃site equipment,and upper computer has been designed.This article elaborates on the equipment composition and interlocking logic of the 230 MeV superconducting cyclotron safety interlocking system.The PILZ fault⁃safe PLC module and corresponding software programs are used to achieve upper level control and monitoring.The safety interlocking system has been developed and has undergone overall joint debugging and trial operation,meeting the design requirements.
