摘  要:本文提出了一种后处理厂混合澄清槽工艺过程动态模型仿真构建方法,建立了混合澄清槽的萃取计算模型,根据设备参数、萃取参数和初始化参数获得的静态设备模型,对静态设备模型求解,得到混合澄清槽的运行仿真数据。该方法可以较好地模拟混合澄清槽的运行状况,以预测混合澄清槽生产运行趋势,对后处理工厂生产设计具有一定的参考价值。A method for constructing a dynamic model simulation of the mixed clarification tank process in a post⁃processing plant was proposed,and an extraction calculation model for the mixed clarification tank was established.Based on the equipment parameters,extraction parameters,and initialization parameters,a static equipment model was obtained,and the static equipment model was solved to obtain simulation data for the operation of the mixed clarification tank.This method can simulate the operation status of the mixed clarification tank well,predict the producing and operating trend of the mixed clarification tank,and has a certain reference value for the production design of post⁃treatment factories.
