摘 要:三维电离辐射场探测系统是用来保证放疗安全和检测放疗仪器的重要设备。针对现有设备机械结构复杂、采集信号受干扰大、检测精度低等问题,基于STM32F407芯片和LabVIEW自主设计了三维运动控制系统和射线束采集分析系统,软件增加了TMR计算,硬件将运动控制和数据采集分离处理,引入了直线插补和圆弧插补算法的逐点比较法和双三线插值算法,完成探测头的三维运动,实现了三维电离辐射场探测系统,该系统实现了同类产品的国产化替代。经现场测试,在6 MV X射线10 cm×10cm射野下将现有设备和三维电离辐射场探测系统对比分析,现有设备检测均整度为110.97%,远远超过国际电子委员会(IEC)波动≤3%。本文设备的均整度102.21%和对称性100.25%,检测数据稳定,结果符合国际电子委员会(IEC)标准。对本文设备进一步分析测得的6 MV X射线10 cm×10 cm射野,参考深度5 cm的TMR=91.95±0.2%,均整度为103.11±0.35%,对称性为102.39±0.36%;6 MeV电子束10 cm×10 cm射野,测得的均整度为101.11±0.35%、对称性为101.39±0.36%;9 MeV电子束15 cm×15cm射野,均整度为102.88±0.84%、对称性为102.55±0.78%,均符合临床应用数据要求,能够为放疗设备的质控检定提供可靠的数据支持。The three⁃dimensional ionizing radiation field detection system is an important equipment for ensuring the safety of radiotherapy and testing radiotherapy instruments.Aiming at the problems of complex mechanical structure,large interference in acquisition signal and low detection accuracy of existing equipment,the 3D motion control system and ray beam acquisition and analysis system were independently designed based on STM32F407 chip and LabVIEW.The software added TMR calculation,and the hardware separated and processed motion control and data acquisition.By introducing the point⁃by⁃point comparison method of linear interpolation and circular interpolation algorithm and the double and three⁃wire interpolation algorithm,the three⁃dimensional motion of the detector head is completed,and the three⁃dimensional ionizing radiation field detection system is realized,which realizes the localization of similar products.After field test,the existing equipment and the three⁃dimensional ionizing radiation field detection system were compared and analyzed under the 6 MV X⁃ray field of 10 cm×10 cm,and the detection uniformity of the existing equipment was 110.97%,far exceeding the IEC fluctuation≤3%,and the uniformity of the equipment in this paper was 102.21%and the symmetry was 100.25%.The test data are stable and the results meet the International Electronic Commission(IEC)standards.For the 6 MV X⁃ray field of 10 cm×10 cm,the TMR of the reference depth of 5 cm is 91.95±0.2%,the uniformity is 103.11±0.35%,and the symmetry is 102.39±0.36%.The measured uniformity and symmetry of the 6 MeV electron beam are 101.11±0.35%and 101.39±0.36%,respectively.The 9 MeV electron beam is 15 cm×15 cm,the average uniformity is 102.88±0.84%,and the symmetry is 102.55±0.78%,all of which meet the requirements of clinical application data,and can provide reliable data support for the quality control and verification of radiotherapy equipment.
