摘  要:脉冲萃取柱是核化工溶剂萃取的关键设备,保持脉冲萃取柱澄清段中两相界面稳定是核化工脉冲萃取柱控制的主要目标之一。自抗扰技术是解决控制中的不确定性、非线性、时变性、强扰动和强耦合性等问题而提出的一种新型的控制理论和现实可行的执行方法,在我国化工过程、电力系统、军工系统等领域广泛应用。本文提出一种基于自抗扰技术的控制方法,充分利用了自抗扰主动克服补偿扰动的特性,实现了对脉冲萃取柱界面的稳定控制,本文所提出的控制策略具有响应速度快、鲁棒性强、参数调节简单等优点。Pulse extraction column is key equipment for solvent extraction in nuclear chemical industry.Keeping the two⁃phase interface stable in the clarification section of pulse extraction column is one of the main objectives of the control of pulse extraction column in nuclear chemical industry.Active disturbance rejection technology is a new control theory to solve the practical problems of uncertainty,nonlinear,time⁃varying,strong disturbance and strong coupling in the control,which is widely used in the chemical process,power system,military system and other fields.In this paper,a control method based on active disturbance rejection technology is proposed,which makes full use of the characteristics of active disturbance rejection to overcome compensation and realizes the stability control of pulse extraction column interface.The control method proposed in this paper has many advantages,such as fast response speed,strong robustness and simple parameter adjustment.
