共同富裕视角下中国西部地区城市规模、空间聚集和人均可支配收入研究

摘　　要：在分析城市规模、空间聚集影响人均可支配收入,实现共同富裕理论机制的基础上,基于1990—2022年中国西部地区84个地级及以上城市的空间面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型实证检验这一影响。研究发现:城市规模、劳动生产率、城市化水平、科学支出和人力资本等因素对西部地区城市人均可支配收入的增长起正向作用,科学支出的正向效应最为明显;第二产业占GDP比重和基础设施指数等因素对人均可支配收入的增长起负向作用。适度扩大城市规模,加强西部地区与中、东部地区的互联互通,加大科技投入力度,完善市场机制,优化产业结构和基础设施布局等有利于提高西部地区人均可支配收入,实现共同富裕。Based on the theoretical mechanisms of how city size and spatial agglomeration affect per capita disposable income and contribute to common prosperity,this study employs spatial panel data from 84 prefecture-level and above cities in western China from 1990 to 2022 and applies the spatial Durbin model for empirical analysis.It is found that factors such as city size,labor productivity,urbanization level,science expenditure and human capital play a positive role in the growth of urban per capita disposable income in the western region,and the positive effect of science expenditure is the most obvious;factors such as the proportion of the secondary industry in GDP and the infrastructure index play a negative role in the growth of per capita disposable income.Moderately expanding the size of cities,strengthening the connectivity between the western region and the central and eastern regions,increasing investment in science and technology,improving market mechanisms,optimizing the industrial structure and infrastructure layout are conducive to increasing the per capita disposable income in the western region and realizing common prosperity.
