南京都市圈建设用地扩张特征及影响因素分析

摘　　要：对建设用地扩张的时空特征和影响因素进行分析,有助于推动新型城镇化进程,对提高城市发展水平,提升城乡居民生活幸福感有重要作用,同时为城市一体化、土地利用集约化等目标的实施提供参考。以南京都市圈为例,采用扩张强度差异指数、聚类指数、景观格局指数对南京都市圈建设用地扩张特征进行分析,并采用最小二乘回归(OLS)模型对南京都市圈建设用地扩张的影响因素进行定量分析,建立自然地理、社会经济、空间溢出效应、规划控制等因素与用地扩张强度之间的联系。研究结果表明:(1)城市扩张程度在空间上存在着较为显著的差异,南京都市圈重点建设范围内的城市扩张强度高于其他城市,形成多中心的城市发展格局;(2)南京都市圈建设用地扩张在空间上呈现出“高高聚集”“低低聚集”的特征,扩张程度大的斑块与扩张相对平稳的斑块在地理空间分布格局上划分较为清晰,分别分布在都市圈的北部和南部方向;(3)南京都市圈城市建设用地的扩张是一种由无序扩张转向复杂性扩张的状态;(4)南京都市圈作为一个跨行政区域的都市圈,政策规划、社会经济、自然地理、空间相互作用等因素对城市建设用地扩张产生了正向和负向的影响,并据此提出南京都市圈建设用地扩张的影响因素框架。The analysis of the spatial and temporal characteristics and influencing factors of construction land expansion is helpful to promote the process of new-type urbanization.Such analysis not only enhances urban development quality and improves the well-being of urban and rural residents but also provides insights for urban integration and land use intensification.Taking Nanjing metropolitan Area as an example,the expansion intensity difference index,cluster index and landscape pattern index were used to analyze the expansion characteristics of construction land in Nanjing metropolitan area,and the least squares regression(OLS)model was used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of construction land expansion in Nanjing metropolitan area.The relationship between physical geography,social economy,spatial spillover effect,planning control and land expansion intensity was established.The results show that:(1)there are significant differences in the degree of urban expansion in space,and the intensity of urban expansion in the key construction areas of Nanjing metropolitan area is higher than that of other cities,forming a polycentric urban development pattern.(2)The expansion of construction land in Nanjing Metropolitan area presents the characteristics of“high aggregation”and“low aggregation”in space.The patches with large expansion degree and those with relatively stable expansion are clearly divided in the geographical spatial distribution pattern,and are distributed in the northern and southern directions of the metropolitan area respectively.(3)The urbanization process has shifted from disorderly sprawl to complex,structured expansion patterns.(4)In addition,as a cross-administrative metropolitan area,factors such as policy planning,social economy,physical geography and spatial interaction have a positive and negative impact on the expansion of urban construction land in Nanjing metropolitan Area.Based on this,a framework of influencing factors for the expansion of construction land in Nanjing
