农业补贴对中老年农户土地流转的影响——基于2020年中国乡村振兴调查数据

摘　　要：鼓励农户依法自愿转出土地、建立适度规模的现代农业不仅是国家粮食安全的重要保障,更是解决“三农”问题的重要途径。本研究基于2020年中国乡村振兴调查(CRRS)数据,建立Logit和Tobit回归模型,分析农业补贴对中老年农户土地流转的影响及其区域差异性,并揭示其影响机制。基准回归分析发现,农业补贴显著提升了中老年农户土地流转的可能性。稳健性检验结果表明,基准回归模型与结果有较强的稳健性。区域视角下的异质性分析发现,农业补贴能够显著促进中西部地区中老年农户的土地流转,但是对东部地区中老年农户的土地流转无显著影响。影响机制分析发现,就业类型的非农程度能够削弱农业补贴对中老年农户土地流转的促进作用,就业类型的非农程度越高,农业补贴对中老年农户土地流转的促进作用越小。Encouraging farmers to transfer land voluntarily according to the law and establishing modern agriculture on an appropriate scale is not only an important guarantee for national food security,but also an important way to solve the“Three Rural Issues”.Based on the 2020 China Rural Revitalization Survey(CRRS)data,this study establishes Logit and Tobit regression models to analyze the impact of agricultural subsidies on the land transfer of mid-aged and older households and its regional variability,and reveals the impact mechanism.The baseline regression analysis finds that agricultural subsidies significantly promote the possibility of land transfer among mid-aged and older households.Robustness tests confirmed the reliability of these findings.Based on the regional perspective,the heterogeneity analysis finds that agricultural subsidies can significantly promote the land transfer of mid-aged and older households in the central and western region,but have no significant effect in the eastern regions.The analysis of the influence mechanism finds that the degree of off-farm employment type can weaken the promotion effect of agricultural subsidies on the land transfer of midaged and older households,and the higher the degree of off-farm employment type,the smaller the promotion effect of agricultural subsidies on the land transfer of mid-aged and older households.
