摘　　要：全球制造业高端化进程对金属塑性成形提出了更高要求。旋转挤压作为一种将旋转运动与挤压过程相结合的新兴塑性成形技术,通过旋转效应引入剪切应力,为金属塑性变形提供新驱动力。本文从旋转挤压成形技术的提出与发展、原理与分类、设备与应用、特点与优势4个方面展开了全面概述,并结合相关研究经历,对旋转挤压成形技术中存在的问题进行了简要分析。在此过程中,依据成形原理,对该技术进行了详细的分类,着重介绍了不同机制、不同结构的旋转挤压技术所特有的显著优势,进而对其应用范围以及成形件形状进行了综述。最后,简要分析了该技术所面临的挑战,对该技术的研究进展进行了总结,并对其发展前景和主要发展方向进行了展望。The global manufacturing industry transitioning toward high-end and intelligent transformation puts forward higher requirements for metal plastic forming process.Rotary extrusion forming is an emerging plastic forming technology that combines rotational motion with traditional extrusion,which induces shear deformation through the rotational effect and provides a new driving force for metal deformation.The development,principle and classification,equipment and application,characteristics and advantages of rotary extrusion forming technology are comprehensively summarized,and the problems existing in rotary extrusion forming technology are briefly analyzed in combination with related research experience.In this process,according to the forming principle,the technology is classified in detail,and the unique advantages of rotary extrusion technology with different mechanisms and structures are emphatically introduced,and then its application scope and the shape of formed parts are summarized.Finally,the challenges faced by this technology are briefly analyzed,the research progress of this technology is summarized,and its development prospect and main development direction are prospected.
