摘　　要：数据安全的重要性已是普遍共识,它涉及个人隐私、企业商业秘密和国家安全等多个层面。气象数据作为气象部门最重要的资产之一,一旦泄露,将会带来重大社会影响。针对气象数据安全可能面对的各种安全威胁和风险,详细介绍了气象数据安全防护体系建设的思路,提出了从数据安全管理、数据安全监测预警、数据安全防护、数据安全应急处置等方面来保障数据安全,为其他部门构建数据安全防护体系提供参考。The importance of data security has been widely recognized,which involves many aspects such as personal privacy,business secrets and national security.Meteorological data is one of the most important assets of meteorological departments,and once the data is leaked,it will bring significant social impact.In view of the various security threats and risks that meteorological data security may face,this paper introduces the ideas of meteorological data security protection system construction in detail,and puts forward data security management,data security monitoring and early warning,data security protection,data security emergency disposal and other aspects to ensure data security,so as to provide references for other departments to build data security protection system.
