摘  要:[目的]文冠果是我国北方唯一的木本油料作物,干旱是影响文冠果生长的主要因素之一,丛枝菌根Arbuscu⁃lar mycorrhiza(l AM)真菌与植物共生能提高植物抗逆性,本文探究AM真菌对文冠果抗旱性的影响。[方法]采取室内盆栽试验,分别对接种地表多样孢囊霉(Diversispora versiformis)、根内根孢囊霉(Rhiaophagus intraradices)、摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae)和3种菌种混合菌剂的文冠果进行正常供水和轻度、中度、重度干旱胁迫,分析各处理对文冠果幼苗生长特征、渗透调节物质和抗氧化酶的影响。[结果](1)4种菌剂均可以与文冠果幼苗形成共生关系,随着干旱胁迫的加重,菌根侵染率总体呈先增后减的趋势,各菌剂的侵染效果各异;(2)干旱胁迫抑制了植株生长,接种AM真菌后增加了植物株高、地上生物量和根系生物量;(3)接种AM真菌会促进文冠果积累可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,降低了脯氨酸和丙二醛含量的积累,提高了SOD、POD和CAT活性,从而提高文冠果幼苗的抗旱性;(4)通过隶属函数综合分析可知,混合菌剂提高文冠果幼苗抗旱性的效果最佳,接种地表多样孢囊霉的抗旱性次之。[结论]接种AM真菌可以有效提高文冠果幼苗的抗旱性,不同AM真菌的促进效益各异,混合菌剂的促进效益较单一菌剂更明显。[Objective]X sorbifolia Bunge is the only woody oil crop in northern China,and drought is one of the main factors af-fecting its growth.Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi can form symbiotic relationships with plants and improve their stress re-sistance.However,the effects of AM fungi on the drought resistance of X.sorbifolia remain unclear.[Methods]The indoor pot experiment was carried out under controlled condition.Seedlings of X.sorbifolia were inoculated with Diversispora versi-formis,Rhiaophagus intraradices,Funneliformis mosseae,or a mixture of three AM fungal species.The seedlings were sub-jected to normal watering and mild,moderate,and severe drought stress.The effects of these treatments on the growth charac-teristics,osmotic adjustment substances,and antioxidant enzyme activities of X.sorbifolia seedlings were analyzed.[Results](1)All four AM fungal treatments successfully formed symbiotic relationships with X.sorbifolia seedlings.As drought stress intensified,the mycorrhizal colonization rate initially increased and then decreased,with varying colonization efficiencies among different fungal treatments.(2)Drought stress inhibited plant growth,but inoculation with AM fungi increased plant height,aboveground biomass and root biomass.(3)Inoculation with AM fungi promoted the accumulation of soluble sugars and solu-ble proteins in X.sorbifolia,reduced the accumulation of proline and malondialdehyde content,and increased the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,thereby improving the drought resistance of X.sorbifolia seedlings.(4)Comprehensive analysis using the membership function method revealed that the mixed fungal treatment provided the best improvement in drought resistance,followed by inoculation with D.versiformis.[Conclusion]Inoculation with AM fungi can effectively improve the drought resis-tance of X.sorbifolia seedlings.The promotion effects vary among different AM fungi species,with the mixed fungal treat-ment showing more significant benefits than single-species inoculations.
