中药干预NLRP3炎性小体抗类风湿关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种严重损伤骨关节的免疫性疾病,NLRP3炎性小体在其发生发展过程中发挥了重要作用,NLRP3炎性小体的过度活化能够促进炎性反应,导致更为严重的关节损伤。近年研究报道表明,中药及其复方和活性成分能够通过干预NLRP3炎性小体发挥抗RA的作用。本文将对干预RA中NLRP3炎性小体活化的中药复方、单味中药和活性成分等研究进行综述,并阐明相关作用机制,从而为以NLRP3炎性小体作为靶向研究中药治疗RA提供新的思路。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an immune disease that severely damages the joints of bones.NLRP3 inflammasome plays an important role in its pathogenesis.Excessive activation of NLRP3 inflammasome can promote inflammatory response and lead to more serious joint injuries.Recent studies showed that traditional Chinese medicine and their formulas and active constituents can play a role in the treatment of RA by interfering with NLRP3 inflammasome.This article will review the research on traditional Chinese medicine and their formulas and active constituents that interfere with the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in RA,and clarify the relevant mechanisms,so as to provide a new way for the research on the treatment of RA with traditional Chinese medicine targeting NLRP3 inflammasome.
