摘 要:中国氢能地域性分布失衡,西部地区可再生资源丰富,绿氢潜力巨大,但下游氢能消纳集中在东部地区,供需错位矛盾突出,“西氢东送”是破局性战略。通过介绍“西氢东送”的8种实现路径,从技术特点、研发进展、标准体系及应用场景上进行了技术可行性分析,从风险辨识及应对措施上展开了安全可行性分析,以具体应用场景对8种实现路径进行了经济可行性分析,得出了技术可行、安全可控、经济占优的结论。The regional distribution of hydrogen energy in China is unbalanced,the western region is rich in renewable resources,and the potential of green hydrogen is huge,but the downstream hydrogen energy consumption is concentrated in the eastern region,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.The“West-East Hydrogen Transmission”is a game-breaking strategy.By introducing 8 implementation paths of“West East Hydrogen Transmission”,a technical feasibility analysis was conducted from the perspectives of technical characteristics,research and development progress,standard system,and application scenarios.Safety feasibility analysis was carried out from the perspective of risk identification and response measures.Economic feasibility analysis was conducted on the eight implementation paths in specific application scenarios,and conclusions were drawn that they are technically feasible,safe and controllable,and economically advantageous.
