摘　　要：为了提高市属施工企业的运营效率和经济效益,完善集中采购管理,以北京某市属施工企业为例,通过对该企业集中采购管理工作进行研究,分析了集中采购面临的问题,介绍该企业集中采购管理的具体实践流程及成效,以期为集中采购管理提供案例分享及经验参考。To enhance the operational efficiency and economic benefits of city-owned construction enterprises by improving centralized procurement management,taking a Beijing city-owned construction enterprise as an example,the centralized procurement management practices are researched,and the challenges faced in centralized procurement are analyzed.This paper expounds the practical processes and achievements of the centralized procurement management in the Beijing city-owned construction enterprise,presenting case studies and experience reference for centralized procurement management.
