摘  要:18世纪中后期欧洲随着民族意识觉醒和民族国家的建立,文学批评从个体的审美体验演变为具有民族意识的历史书写。在此基础上,19世纪的欧洲文学史书写有两种取向:一方面,欧洲大陆的法国、德国和意大利分别建构了自身的历时性国别文学史;另一方面,丹麦的勃兰兑斯吸纳并超越了国别文学史的框架,构建了跨国式的共时性文学史书写范式。这两种取向对20世纪中国的文学史书写产生了深远影响。梳理和反思19世纪的欧洲文学史的宏大叙事,这有助于厘清中国文学史形成的历史脉络,对当代中国文学史的书写也有启示意义。Ever since the foundation of nation-states and the rise of national consciousness in the mid-eighteenth century in Europe,literary criticism has changed its focus from self-fashioned aesthetic experience to a historical narrative with a peculiar focus on nationality and ethnicity.In addition,the nineteenth-century European literary history has two tendencies:on the one hand,France,Italy and Germany established their own national literary history with a synchronic view;on the other hand,Georg Brandes appropriated the national literary historiography and constructed a transnational and diachronic one.These two tendencies have a significant impact on the Chinese literary historiography in the twentieth century.Mapping out the European literary history of the nineteenth century,we could have a better grasp of the historical development of literary history in China and its contemporary implications.
