摘 要:系统分析了阀杆粗糙度和填料类型对阀门密封性能的影响,通过对不同粗糙度(Ra0.2,Ra0.4,Ra0.8,Ra1.6,Ra3.2)的阀杆和4种填料类型的密封性能和摩擦力性能进行试验,研究阀杆粗糙度对截止阀和球阀密封性、摩擦力和泄漏率的综合影响。试验结果表明:阀杆的粗糙度显著影响填料的密封性能和摩擦性能,在截止阀中粗糙度为0.4μm时泄漏率最低,而球阀在粗糙度为1.6μm时泄漏率最低;此外,不同填料对摩擦力和泄漏率的影响也有所不同,其中填料类型C在各项指标上表现最优。研究发现阀杆粗糙度和填料类型是影响阀门密封性能的关键因素,为阀门设计优化提供了宝贵的数据支持和理论依据,对提升阀门的运行稳定性、延长使用寿命以及改进设备性能具有重要的实践意义。The objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the impact of stem roughness and packing type on the sealing performance of valves.The objective of this study is to investigate the comprehensive effects of stem roughness on the sealing,friction,and leakage rate of globe and ball valves.To this end,the sealing performance and friction performance of valve stems with different roughness(Ra0.2,Ra0.4,Ra0.8,Ra1.6,Ra 3.2)and four packing types were tested.The test results demonstrate that stem roughness has a significant impact on the sealing and friction properties of the packing material.The lowest leakage rate was observed in globe valves with a roughness of 0.4μm,while the smallest leakage rate was observed in ball valves with a roughness of 1.6μm.Furthermore,the impact of diverse packing materials on friction and leakage rate varies.Packing type C exhibits the most optimal performance across all indices.It was determined that stem roughness and packing type are the primary factors influencing the sealing performance of the valve.This provides invaluable data support and a theoretical foundation for valve design optimization.This study is of significant practical value for enhancing the operational stability of valves,extending their service life,and improving equipment performance.
