摘 要:以A4V系列柱塞泵为例,旨在研究解决液压传动系统中柱塞泵的泄漏回油问题。泄漏回油问题的根源包括内部密封失效、油液温度过高和结构设计不合理等因素,不仅影响泵的工作效率,还可能导致油温过高、密封损坏等连锁反应。基于柱塞泵的工作原理和泄漏回油机制,结合强制冷却与强制润滑原理,提出了一种改进方案,对斜盘泵和斜轴泵的内部液流进行重新设计,以减少泄漏流量,提高泵的效率。通过对A4V泵进行实际改进,对比分析改进前后性能,结果显示:改进后的泵在噪声、泵壳温度和强制冷却流量方面均有显著改善,且无需泄漏回油管路。研究内容和结果对柱塞泵的改进设计具有重要指导意义。This article takes the A4V series plunger pump as an example to study and solve the problem of leakage and oil return in plunger pumps in hydraulic transmission systems.The root causes of oil leakage and return problems include internal seal failure,high oil temperature,and unreasonable structural design,which not only affect the efficiency of the pump,but may also lead to chain reactions such as high oil temperature and seal damage.Based on the working principle and leakage return mechanism of the plunger pump,the author proposes an improvement plan by combining the principles of forced cooling and forced lubrication.The internal fluid flow of the inclined plate pump and inclined shaft pump is redesigned to reduce leakage flow and improve pump efficiency.Based on the working principle and leakage return mechanism of the plunger pump,the author proposes an improvement plan by combining the principles of forced cooling and forced lubrication.The internal fluid flow of the inclined plate pump and inclined shaft pump is redesigned to reduce leakage flow and improve pump efficiency.The research content and results related to the article have important guiding significance for the improvement design of plunger pumps.
