摘 要:随着国内非公路机械设备技术不断升级,液力传动油也随之升级。在液力传动油中摩擦性能与换挡性能会随着液力传动油换油周期的延长也在不断提高,然而摩擦耐久性能在液力传动油配方体系中却是最难平衡和最难达到的。所以在整个换油周期内保持摩擦耐久性能就显得尤为重要。针对国内非公路机械变速箱离合器普遍使用铜基摩擦片特点,模拟湿式离合器铜基片摩擦特性及耐久性评价方法,有助于研究适用国内非公路机械变速箱离合器的摩擦特性以及耐久性能。With the escalating of domestic non highway machinery technology,hydraulic transmission oil has also been upgraded.The friction performance and shifting performance in hydraulic transmission oil will continue to improve with the extension of the drain period.However,the friction durability is indeed the most difficult to balance and achieve in the hydraulic transmission oil formula system.So it is particularly important to maintain friction durability throughout the entire oil change cycle.This article focuses on the characteristics of copper based friction plates commonly used in non highway mechanical transmission clutches in China.It simulates the friction characteristics and durability evaluation method of wet clutch copper based friction plates,which helps to study the friction characteristics and durability performance of clutches suitable for non highway mechanical transmissions in China.
