摘　　要：对国内某大型化工企业一装置螺杆膨胀动力机的原机械密封存在的问题进行分析,提出将机械密封改造成干气密封。基于干气密封布置形式的性能特点,该螺杆膨胀动力机选用国内生产的双端面干气密封,主要对干气密封的设计过程及参数进行了描述,并对其工作机制进行分析,对密封性能进行计算,绘制相关曲线,最终得到压力、温度、转速、膜厚等影响干气密封性能的各种参数。除此之外,对干气密封辅助控制系统的设计方法与控制思路进行了阐述。螺杆膨胀机用干气密封制造完成套后,需要对密封进行模拟实验,用来验证干气密封设计的稳定性和可靠性。试验结束后将干气密封安装在生产现场,对其进行长周期服役状态下的应用考核。现场监测实时数据显示干气密封本体运转稳定、端面气膜形成快速、干气密封辅助控制系统可靠稳定,整体设计达到了预期目标。对这一型号螺杆膨胀动力机配套干气密封的成功改造,保证了机组的稳定运行,消除了介质泄漏所造成的隐患,对干气密封技术拓展有着较好的应用前景。This article analyzes the problems with the original mechanical seal of a screw expansion power machine in a large domestic chemical enterprise,and proposes to transform the mechanical end face seal into a dry gas seal.Based on the performance characteristics of the dry gas seal layout,this screw expansion power machine uses a double end dry gas seal produced by a domestic sealing enterprise.This article mainly describes the design process and parameters of dry gas seals,analyzes their working mechanism,calculates the sealing performance,draws relevant curves,and finally obtains various parameters that affect the dry gas seal performance,such as pressure,temperature,speed,and film thickness.In addition,the design methods and control ideas of the auxiliary control system for dry gas sealing were also elaborated.After the manufacturing of the complete set of dry gas sealing equipment is completed,simulation tests need to be conducted on the dry gas sealing test bench to verify the reliability and accuracy of the dry gas sealing design.Install the dry gas seal after leaving the factory for testing on the production site,and conduct application assessment under long-term service conditions.The dry gas seal operates stably,the auxiliary control system of the dry gas seal is safe and reliable,and the dry gas seal meets the design requirements.The successful transformation of the dry gas seal of the screw expansion power machine ensures the stable operation of the equipment,eliminates the hidden dangers caused by medium leakage,and has good application prospects for the expansion of dry gas seal technology.
