摘 要:受互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等新一代技术的影响,人类社会进入崭新的数智时代,经济、社会、文化、教育等各个领域已经或是正在发生巨大变革。统计学是探讨如何通过收集数据和分析数据认识未知现象的一门方法论科学,其基本原理和方法被广泛用于各个领域。本文对国内代表性高校统计学专业培养体系进行了比较分析,从培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系、培养模式等角度考察了高校统计专业人才培养方案的特点。研究发现,国内代表性高校统计学专业存在培养目标不易量化、创新实践教学不足、缺乏个性化培养、教学内容有待更新以及统计学专业有待细化等问题。进入数智时代,国内高校统计学专业的改革方向应为注重培养交叉复合型人才、技术结合教育、课程的动态更新以及学生学习个性化。为了更好地培养适应数智时代需求的统计学专业人才,应重塑教育环境,打造资源共建共用共同体;创新教学模式,提升教师数字化素养,实现知识传播向学习引导的转变;优化教学内容,实现教学内容动态更新,强化“数智”实践;创新培养模式,实现培养方式多样化,细化专业培养方向。Influenced by the new generation of technologies such as the Internet,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,etc.,the human society has entered a new era of digital intelligence,and huge changes have taken place or are taking place in various fields such as economy,society,culture,education,etc.Statistics is a methodological science that studies how to understand unknown phenomena by collecting and analyzing data,and its basic principles and methods are widely applied in various fields.This article compares and analyzes the training systems of statistics majors in representative domestic universities,and examines the characteristics of training programs for statistics majors in universities from the perspectives of training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum system,and training modes.Research has found that statistics majors in representative domestic universities face problems such as difficulty in quantifying training objectives,insufficient innovative practical teaching,lack of personalized training,need for updated teaching content,and need for refinement in statistics majors.In the era of digital intelligence,the reform direction of statistics majors in domestic universities should focus on the cultivation of cross-disciplinary talents,technology integrated with education,dynamic updating of curricula,and personalization of student learning.In order to better cultivate statistics professionals who can meet the needs of the digital age,it is necessary to reshape the educational environment and create a community of resource co-development and sharing;innovate teaching models,enhance teachers’digital literacy,and achieve a shift from knowledge dissemination to learning guidance;optimize teaching content,achieve dynamic updates of teaching content,and strengthen“digital intelligence”practice;innovate training models,achieve diversified training methods,and refine professional training programs.
