摘 要:开花期盐碱胁迫限制了黑青稞的灌浆结实效率,而茉莉酸甲酯能够改善这种胁迫带来的损害。为探明不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯对盐碱环境下黑青稞光合特性的影响,该试验设置5个浓度水平,分别为0、50、100、150和200μmoL·L^(-1),并依次标记为M1、M2、M3、M4和M5,于开花期喷施5 d,随后测定黑青稞旗叶叶面积、相对叶绿素含量(SPAD)、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)以及蒸腾速率(Tr)等光合指标。结果表明:适宜浓度的茉莉酸甲酯能够改善黑青稞叶片的光合作用,其中以100μmoL·L^(-1)的茉莉酸甲酯改善效果最好。花后7~35 d,旗叶叶面积、净光合速率整体呈下降趋势,各处理于花后7 d达到峰值,其中M3处理效果最明显,较M1分别高出:16.12%、21.62%,差异显著;旗叶相对叶绿素含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率整体均呈先上升后下降趋势,于花后14 d达到峰值,其中M3改善效果最好,较M1分别高出16.26%、26.21%、39.66%;胞间二氧化碳浓度整体呈上升趋势,于35 d达到峰值,其中M3处理下黑青稞旗叶胞间二氧化碳浓度较M1处理增加27.92%,促进效果显著。Salt-alkali stress in the flowering period has limited the efficiency of grain filling and fruiting of black highland barley,and methyl jasmonate can mitigate the damage caused by it.In order to investigate the effects of different concentrations of methyl jasmonate on the photosynthetic characteristics of black highland barley in saline-alkaline habitat,5 concentration levels:0,50,100,150 and 200μmol L^(-1)(labeled as M1,M2,M3,M4,and M5 respectively)were sprayed for 5 days in the flowering period,and then measured the photosynthetic indexes such as flag leaf area,relative chlorophyll content(SPAD),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductivity(Gs),intercellular CO_(2)concentration(Ci),and transpiration rate(Tr).The results show that an appropriate concentration of methyl jasmonate could improve the photosynthesis of black highland barley leaves,among which the 100μmol L^(-1)of methyl jasmonate had the best effect.From 7 to 35 days after flowering,the flag leaf area and net photosynthesis rate showed a decreasing trend,peaking at 7 days after flowering,among which M3 treatment was 16.12% and 21.62% higher than those of M1 respectively,showing the most obvious effect and significant differences;The relative chlorophyll content,stomatal conductivity and transpiration rate of flag leaves showed and overall trend ofincreasing first and then decreasing,peaking at 14 days after flowering,among which M3 was 16.26%,26.21% and 39.66% higher than those of M1 respectively,showing the best effect,The intercellular CO_(2)concentration showed an overall increasing trend,peaking at 35 days,among which the intercellular CO_(2)concentration of black highland barley flag leaves under M3 treatment was 27.92% higher than that of M1,demonstrating a remarkable promotion effect.
