摘　　要：目的调研西藏自治区某三甲综合医院医务人员对科研的认知和需求,为进一步加强医院科研精细化管理提供依据。方法通过自行设计的调查问卷,收集医务人员的科研认知及科研需求,并应用SPSS 26.0软件对医务人员的科研认知情况、科研限制因素与科研需求现状进行统计学分析。结果该院医务人员对科研工作认知程度高,但参与度低。多元线性回归分析结果显示岗位、职称、工龄、近5年承担课题情况对医务人员科研一般性认知影响显著(P<0.05);最高学历、近5年承担课题情况对科研具体性认知影响显著(P<0.05)。医务人员排在前三位的科研需求为数据库和文献检索需求(76.65%)、科研方法学需求(71.98%)和科研选题需求(66.93%)。医务人员开展科研工作的前三位制约因素为临床工作繁忙(85.21%)、无科研思路(69.26%)和缺少科研团队(64.59%)。多重响应交叉分析的卡方检验分析结果显示,不同岗位医务人员在开展科研的目的以及医院搭建公共基础实验平台的需求上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论提升医务人员科研参与度是促进医院科研工作的重点,医院需合理配置与完善科研资源与科研时间,搭建科研协作平台,优化科研环境,加强科研队伍建设、提供科研项目申报指导和建立科研导师制度等,提高医务人员的科研积极性和科研能力。Objective To investigate the medical staff’s cognition and needs for scientific researches in a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Xizang,and to provide evidence for strengthening refined management of hospital scientific researches.Methods A questionnaire was conducted to collect information on the medical staff's cognition and needs regarding scientific researches.A statistical analysis on these areas and constraints was carried out using SPSS 26.0 software.Results Medical staff in our hospital had a high level of cognition regarding scientific researches but low participation.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that job position,professional title,length of service,and participation in research projects in the past five years significantly influenced medical staff's general cognition of scientific research(P<0.05);while the highest academic degree and participation in research projects in the past five years significantly influenced their specific cognition of scientific research(P<0.05).The top three research needs of medical staff were for databases and literature retrieval(76.65%),research methodology(71.98%),and research topic selection(66.93%).The top three constraints for medical staff to conduct scientific researches were busy clinical work(85.21%),lack of research ideas(69.26%),and absence of a research teams(64.59%).The chisquare test results from multiple response cross-analysis revealed significant differences among medical staff in different job positions regarding the purpose of conducting researches and the need for the hospital to establish a public basic experimental platform(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing medical staff's participation in scientific researches is crucial for promoting research work in hospitals.Hospitals need to rationally allocate and improve research resources and time,establish research collaboration platforms,optimize the research environment,strengthen research team building,provide guidance on research project applications,and establish a research me
