摘　　要：目的该研究旨在通过对该院2019年至2023年间医务人员职业暴露情况的全面回顾性调查,深入剖析了职业暴露的现状、风险点及其影响因素,以期制定一套合理有效的职业暴露预防与控制策略,从而降低职业暴露风险,保障医务人员的职业安全与健康。方法研究采用回顾性调查方法,系统收集并整理此期间内发生的89例职业暴露案例。结果分析结果显示,低年资人员和护士为职业暴露的主要人群,分别占67.4%和50.6%;针刺伤是主要的暴露方式,占比高达82.0%;常见暴露源血液病原体中,乙肝占比27.0%,其次是梅毒和HIV。从科室分布来看,内科、妇产科和急诊科为职业暴露高发科室。结论基于上述调研结果,该研究详细梳理医务人员工作中的职业暴露情况,深入分析存在的风险点,并据此制定一套综合性的健康管理策略。该策略强调对高危人群加强职业暴露培训和应急演练,规范操作流程,增强职业暴露防范意识,同时提高职业暴露后的处理依从性。在策略实施阶段,该研究运用量化与质化相结合的评价方法,对策略的实施效果进行全面评估,以确保策略的有效性和可持续性。该研究成果不仅为优化医疗机构职业安全环境提供了科学依据,也为提高医务人员的健康安全水平具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。Objective This study aims to conduct a comprehensive retrospective survey on the occupational exposure of the medical staff in our hospital from 2019 to 2023 to deeply analyze the present situation,risk points and influencing factors of occupational exposure in order to develop a reasonable and effective prevention and control strategy for occupational exposure,which will help reduce occupational exposure risks,safeguard the occupational safety and health of medical staff.Methods A retrospective survey method was systematically collected and sorted out 89 occupational exposure cases occurring during this period.Results The research showed that young personnel and nurses were the main occupational exposure groups,accounting for 67.4% and 50.6%,respectively.Needlestick injuries were the main exposure ways,accounting for 82.0%.Among the blood pathogens as common exposure sources,hepatitis B accounted for 27.0%,followed by syphilis and HIV.From the perspective of department distribution,internal medicine,obstetrics andgynecology,and emergency departments were the departments with high incidence of occupational exposure.Conclusion Based on the above research results,this study has sorted out the occupational exposure of medical staff in detail analyzes the existing risks in depth and has developed a comprehensive set of health management strategies accordingly.This strategy emphasizes strengthening occupational exposure training and emergency drills for high-risk groups,standardizing operation procedures,enhancing awareness of occupational exposure prevention,and improving treatment compliance after occupational exposure.In the strategy implementation stage,this study uses a method combining quantitative and qualitative evaluation to comprehensively evaluate the implementation effectiveness of the strategy to ensure its validity and sustainability.The research results not only provide a scientific basis for optimizing the occupational safety environment in medical institutions,but also bare important theoretical and p
