摘 要:利用ArcGIS平台,针对常德市中心城区的公园绿地进行了可达性分析,考虑了步行、骑行和车行3种出行方式。同时,运用了缓冲区分析技术来评估综合公园、社区公园和游园与现有居住用地之间的空间匹配程度。研究发现:空间格局呈现滨水集聚的特征,公园绿地集中分布在河流或湖泊沿线,形成大量带状绿地;公园绿地可达性梯度递减,步行服务盲区相对较大;绿地类型结构性供需失衡,综合公园趋于饱和,社区公园相对匮乏,游园系统亟待提升。据此提出了具有针对性的优化建议,包括构建“点—线—面”复合绿地网络、实施“存量提质、增量精准”策略和推进“慢行友好型”道路系统,旨在提升城市生态环境质量,增强居民幸福感和归属感。Based on ArcGIS platform,the accessibility of parks and green spaces in the central urban area of Changde City was analyzed,and three travel modes of walking,cycling and driving were considered.At the same time,buffer analysis technique was used to evaluate the spatial matching degree between integrated parks,community parks and amusement parks and existing residential land.It is found that the spatial pattern shows the characteristics of waterfront agglomeration,and the parks and green spaces are concentrated along rivers or lakes,forming a large number of strip green spaces;the accessibility of parks and green spaces exhibits a gradient decrease,and the blind area of walking service is relatively large;there is a structural imbalance between supply and demand of green space types,with comprehensive parks becoming saturated,community parks relatively scarce,and the amusement park system in urgent need of upgrading.Based on this,targeted optimization suggestions are put forward,including the construction of"point-line-surface"composite green space network,the implementation of"quality improvement of existing green spaces and targeted expansion of new green areas"strategy and the promotion of"slow-moving friendly"road system,aiming at improving the quality of urban ecological environment and enhancing residents'sense of happiness and belonging.
