淄博市农作物秸秆资源利用现状及对策

摘　　要：农作物秸秆是重要的可再生资源,秸秆资源的有效利用对保护环境和促进经济发展具有重要意义。基于此,分析了淄博市秸秆资源综合利用现状,总结了当前淄博市秸秆资源利用存在的问题,如秸秆资源利用率较低、热能资源浪费量大与收储运难度较大,并提出了相关对策,包括加大秸秆养畜力度、加大秸秆资源相关技术开发力度、提高农户秸秆资源利用意识、完善秸秆收储运体系和发挥政府部门的作用。Crop straw is an important renewable resource,and the effective utilization of straw resources is of great significance for protecting the environment and promoting economic development.Based on this,this paper analyzed the status of comprehensive utilization of straw resources in Zibo City,summarized the problems existing in straw resources utilization in Zibo City,such as low utilization rate of straw resources,large waste of thermal energy resources,difficulty in collection,storage and transportation,and proposed relevant countermeasures,including increasing the intensity of straw animal husbandry,increasing the development of straw related technologies,improving farmers'awareness of straw resource utilization,perfecting the straw collection,storage and transportation system,and leveraging the role of government departments.
