摘　　要：本文分析了“情指行”一体化机制在高危车辆查缉技术中的应用,目的在于提高执法的合法性、合理性和有效性,同时保障公众安全。文章讨论了查缉技术的法律基础、查缉原则、情报分析、风险评估、控制措施以及查缉技术装备的运用。通过案例,进一步分析了执法的合法性,并提出了改进建议;强调了公安交通管理部门在新形势下需提升社会治理能力,并指出了未来研究方向。This article examines the application of the"Integration of Intelligence,command and action"mechanism in the investigation and seizure of illegal vehicles by traffic police,with the objective of enhancing the legality,rationality and effectiveness of law enforcement and ensuring safety.The article deliberates on the legal foundation of the operation,proposes operation principles;intelligence analysis,risk assessment and control measures,as well as the utilization of technical equipment.Through case analysis,the compliance of law enforcement is further verified,and improvement suggestions are presented.The research emphasizes that public security traffic management is required to enhance its social governance capabilities under the new situation and indicates the future research direction.
