摘　　要：缸排断油技术是改善高增压柴油机低负荷燃烧性能差的有效手段之一。本文针对某型柴油机的缸排断油功能进行研究,详细分析讨论了该型柴油机中各种不同的缸排断油切换条件对柴油机运行状态的影响,得出了为使该型柴油机稳定可靠运行缸排断油切换条件应遵循的基本原则—缸排断油切出柴油机转速应大于缸排断油切入柴油机转速且缸排断油切出齿条位置应大于缸排断油切入齿条位置。The cylinder cut-off is one of the effective means to improve the combustion performance of high supercharged diesel engine at low load.In this paper,the cylinder-cut-off function of a diesel engine is studied,and the influence of different cylinder-cutoff switching conditions on the running state of the diesel engine is analyzed in detail.In order to make the diesel engine run stably and reliably,the engine speed of cylinder cut-in should be higher than that of cylinder cut-off,and the rack position of cylinder cut-in should be higher than that of cylinder cut-off.
