摘 要:配电网合环操作过程中易产生大小不一的环流及合环冲击电流,导致设备过载或保护动作跳闸,引发电力事故。传统以定功角和定电压差来进行合环操作校验的方式可靠性较低,实用性不强。本研究在总结归纳10 kV配电网合环典型计算模型基础上,提出一种配电网合环操作快速有效的校验方法。基于叠加原理和力矩法计算合环均匀潮流、冲击电流,通过比较合环均匀潮流、冲击电流值与限载值判定是否执行合环操作。将该方法应用于实际中表明,所获得的合环潮流计算与实际值误差在5%范围内,能够保证工程精度的要求,且校验方法计算量小,具备更好的有效性和实用性。The distribution network loop connection operation is easy to produce circulating currents and loop impulse currents of different sizes,which may cause the equipment overload or protection action tripping,as a result,power accident may happen.The traditional method of fixed power angle and fixed voltage difference is of low reliability and low practicality.On the basis of summarizing the typical computing model of 10 kV distribution grid,a fast and effective verification method for distribution network loop connection operation is proposed.The loop flow and impulse currents are calculated based on superposition principle and torque method,of which the values are compared with the load limit value to determine whether loop connection is operated.Application of this method to practice shows that the loop flow error between the calculated value and actual one is within 5%,which can ensure the requirements of engineering accuracy.The proposed method is of low computation cost and better effectiveness and practicality.
