摘　　要：甲状腺结节是由于各种原因导致甲状腺细胞的异常、局灶性生长引起的离散病变,是临床上常见的一类疾病。中医学认为甲状腺结节属于“瘿病”范畴,情志不遂,忧思恼怒,致肝失疏泄,肝气郁结,气机不畅,影响脾气升清,使脾失健运,机体津液输布障碍,肝郁日久化火,凝液成痰,日久引起血行瘀阻,气、痰、瘀壅结于颈前,是形成甲状腺结节的主要病因病机。赵进东老师运用理气化痰、活血散结药如夏枯草、猫爪草、川芎、白芥子、海浮石等进行辨证论治,取得了良好的临床疗效。Thyroid nodules are discrete lesions caused by abnormal and focal growth of thyroid cells due to various reasons,and they are a common disease in clinical practice.In traditional Chinese medicine, thyroid nodules belong to the category of goiter, which can cause emotional distress,worry and anger, leading to liver dysfunction, stagnation of liver qi, and obstructed movement of qi.As a result, the ascending of spleen qi is affected, causing the dysfunction of spleen in transportationand obstructing the distribution of body fluids. Over time, liver depression transforms into fire, andthe liquid is congealed into phlegm, causing blood stasis and obstruction. Qi, phlegm, and stasisaccumulate in the front of the neck, which is the main pathogenesis of thyroid nodules. Associatechief physician Zhao Jindong used herbal medicines such as Prunellae Spica, Ranunculi Ternati Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Sinapis Semen, and Os Costaziae with the functions of regulating qi movement,resolving phlegm, activating blood, and dissipating mass to treat this disease based on syndromedifferentiation, achieving satisfactory clinical efficacy.
