基于“风-痰-瘀”探讨风药在治疗脑瘤中的应用

摘　　要：风药泛指能驱散风邪的一类中药,质轻味薄,善疏风、升散、走窜、透达、通利,具有“如风之性”及“治风之用”的特点,可向外逐风、在内息风、和畅营卫、引邪外出;运转枢机、宣通气液、消散郁结;燥湿祛痰、通络行滞,破癌瘤癥瘕、搜刮脑腑痰浊瘀血之邪;引药入脑,直至颠顶病所,开玄增效,在脑瘤治疗中广泛运用。脑瘤是指一切生长于颅内的恶性肿瘤,包括发生于脑实质的原发性颅内肿瘤和机体其他脏器组织的恶性肿瘤所转移来的继发性颅内肿瘤。近年来,随着我国脑瘤发生率及死亡率的不断攀升,人民生命健康遭受严重危害。本文针对脑瘤的病因病机,提出风药在其中的治疗特色,以期为脑瘤的中医治疗提供新思路。Wind medicine generally refers to a kind of traditional Chinese medicine that can disperse wind evil.It is light in weight and thin in taste,good at dispersing wind,ascending,channeling,penetrating,and promoting.It has wind-like properties and can treat wind diseases.It can drive wind outward,dissipate wind internally,balance Ying Qi and Wei Qi,and eliminate internal evil.In addition,it can operate the cardinal,circulate Qi and fluid,dissipate stasis,dry dampness and expel phlegm,dredge collaterals and promote stagnation,eliminate cancer,tumor,and fixed abdominal mass, and search the evil of phlegm turbidity and stasis of the brain and other organs. The drug isusually applied to the brain and targets at vertex whose the onset of the disease, thus opening thesweat pore and increasing the efficacy. It is widely used in the treatment of brain tumors. Brain tumorrefers to all malignant tumors growing in the brain, including primary intracranial tumors occurring inthe brain parenchyma and secondary intracranial tumors metastasized from other organs of the body.In recent years, with the increasing incidence and mortality of brain tumors in China, people's life andhealth have suffered serious harm. In view of the etiology and pathogenesis of brain tumors, this paperput forward the treatment characteristics of wind medicine in brain tumors, hoping to provide newideas for the treatment of brain tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.
