摘　　要：本文检索临床研究相关文献,概述失眠的现状,介绍说明平衡火罐的历史渊源、功效、作用机理和应用方法,总结平衡火罐治疗失眠的相关研究进展,为临床医护人员在治疗失眠患者时更好地综合应用此技术提供参考借鉴。This paper searches relevant clinical research literature,outlines the current status of insomnia,introduces the historical origin,efficacy,mechanism of action,and application methods of balanced cupping,and summarizes the research progress on using balanced cupping to treat insomnia.This study is expected to provide clinical medical staff with references for better integrating this technique in the treatment of insomnia patients.
