摘　　要：资本是社会学的经典研究对象,但当前中国学术界关于资本的讨论中,社会学的声音并不显著,这在党的二十大提出“依法规范和引导资本健康发展”的今天是一个遗憾。从结构和能动两个层面回顾社会学分析资本的学术脉络;从资本自身特性、国家与资本关系、资本与社会关系、资本与技术关系四个角度,阐述资本健康发展在理论研究上需要关注的难点,显得尤为必要。通过更加统合的理论框架和更加扎实的实证研究,超越批判视角,以发展取向的资本社会学推动资本向善,社会学有责任和能力在资本研究中做出自己的独特贡献。Capital is a classic research object in sociology,but the voice of sociology is not prominent in the current academic discussions in China.This is a regret today since the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to"regulate and guide the healthy development of capital in accordance with the law",This article reviews the academic context of sociological analysis of capital from the perspectives of structure and agency,and elaborates on the dificulties that need to be addressed to in theoretical research for the healthy development of capital from four perspectives:the characteristics of capital itself,the relationship between the state and capital,the relationship between capital and society,and the relationship between capital and technology.Sociology has the responsibility and ability to make its own unique contributions in capital research through a more integrated theoretical framework and more solid empirical research by transcending critical perspectives and promoting capital for good with a development oriented sociology of capital.
