摘 要:针对现有直流配电网DC-DC变换器中频变压器价格高昂、制造工艺复杂、故障率较高等问题,本文作者提出一种新型三端口DC/DC变换器,从而可实现分布式电源、低压负载和直流节点的有效集成,并对应用于低压直流配电网三端口DC-DC变换器中的隔离变压器进行优化设计。首先,铁心材料选择牌号为15SQG080取向超薄硅钢片,基于单片电工钢片磁特性测量系统,给出了该电工硅钢片在不同频率下的损耗曲线、激磁功率曲线以及2kHz下磁化曲线;其次,利用面积AP法优化设计了一台频率为2kHz单相三绕组卷铁心干式变压器;随后,基于硅钢片磁特性测试结果,对2kHz、537V/375V/48V、20kW中频变压器展开三维有限元仿真分析,给出了不同工况下中频变压器磁通密度、损耗、温度场分布曲线;最后,对中频变压器在不同负载工况(空载、额定负载、短时过载)下的特性进行了实验研究,验证所提方案的正确性。A new type of three port DC/DC converter is proposed to address the problems of high cost,complex manufacturing process,and high failure rate of intermediate frequency transformers in existing DC distribution network DC-DC converters.This enables effective integration of distributed power sources,low-voltage loads,and DC nodes,and optimizes the design of isolation transformers applied in low-voltage DC distribution network three port DC-DC converters.Firstly,the iron core material is selected as 15SQG080 oriented ultra-thin silicon steel sheet.Based on the magnetic characteristic measurement system of a single electrical steel sheet,the loss curve,excitation power curve,and magnetization curve of the electrical silicon steel sheet at different frequencies are given,as well as the magnetization curve at 2kHz;Secondly,a singlephase three winding wound iron core dry-type transformer with a frequency of 2kHz was optimized and designed using the area AP method;Subsequently,based on the magnetic characteristics test results of silicon steel sheets,three-dimensional finite element simulation analysis was carried out on 2kHz,537V/375V/48V,and 20kW intermediate frequency transformers,and the distribution curves of magnetic flux density,loss,and temperature field of intermediate frequency transformers under different operating conditions were provided;Finally,experimental research was conducted on the characteristics of intermediate frequency transformers under different load conditions(no-load,rated load,short-term overload)to verify the correctness of the proposed scheme.
