摘 要:电力系统空载合闸的瞬间,励磁涌流的影响使变压器发生磁路饱和现象,进而产生巨大的电磁力并可能导致其损坏。因此,本文作者以一台800kVA的变压器样机为例,通过场路耦合法和有限元法相结合,建立励磁涌流冲击下变压器绕组受力分析数学模型,通过机理分析和仿真研究,探究励磁涌流下变压器漏磁的幅值及其分布规律,并对绕组受力形变特性进行分析,最后分析累积效应对绕组形变特性的影响。结果表明:合闸角度与剩磁状态的差异会直接影响绕组受力和形变情况,多次重合闸会加大绕组损坏概率。At the moment of no-load closing of the power system,the impact of excitation inrush current causes the transformer to experience magnetic circuit saturation,which in turn generates huge electromagnetic force and may cause damage.Therefore,taking an 800kVA transformer prototype as an example,this article establishes a_mathematical model for analyzing the force on the transformer winding under excitation inrush current impact through a combination of field circuit coupling method and finite element method.Through mechanism analysis and simulation research,the amplitude and distribution law of transformer leakage under excitation inrush current are explored,and the deformation characteristics of the winding under force are analyzed.Finally,the influence of cumulative effect on the deformation characteristics of the winding is analyzed.The results indicate that the difference between the closing angle and the residual magnetization state directly affects the force and deformation of the winding,and multiple reclosing increases the probability of winding damage.
