摘 要:为了方便与其他设备的对接,同时提升产品运行可靠性,变压器箔式绕组多样性的进、出线方式成为企业近期研究的一个热点。本文作者建立了兼顾多种进、出线模式的变压器绕组端部磁场分析模型,在引线区和结构件区引入A-V求解方法,实现了引线排中电流分布的计算和结构件涡流的计算;对不同进、出线排模式下的结构件损耗、引线排电磁力进行了分析比较,为变压器低压绕组结构设计选型提供了依据。In order to facilitate the integration with other devices and improve the reliability of product operation;Diversified entry and exit methods of transformer foil coil have become a hot topic in recent research for enterprises.This article establishes a transformer end magnetic field analysis model that takes into account multiple input and output modes.The model introduces the A-V solution method in the lead area and structural component area,achieving the calculation of current distribution in the lead row and the calculation of eddy currents in structural components.An analysis and comparison were conducted on the losses of structural components and the electromagnetic force of lead wire under different input and output lead modes,providing a basis for the design and selection of low-voltage coil structures in transformers.
