摘  要:变压器油实验室分析是判断变压器安全运行以及检查设备内部潜在故障的重要手段。目前,油质检测实验室的数字化、智能化水平普遍有限,存在分析设备多、人员操作水平要求高、耗时久、数据重复性差等问题。针对上述问题,本文作者介绍了一种以微型电磁阀阵列为核心结构的全自动变压器油多参量一体化分析平台。该平台通过整合变压器油的多个参量分析为一体,将从变压器中采集来的油样品,通过微型电磁阀阵列,按不同检测项目的要求,定量分配给不同的分析设备进行同时检测,实现了批量变压器油样品多参量全自动分析、数据汇总整理等功能,降低了操作人员的操作水平门槛,减少了人工操作时长、保证数据准确性的同时提高了分析数据的重复性。Laboratory analysis of transformer oil is a fundamental technique for ensuring the operational safety of transformers and for the detection of potential malfunctions.Currently,the digital and intelligent levels of standardized oil quality tests are generally limited,facing issues such as the need for extensive analytical instrumentation,high proficiency requirements for operators,prolonged analysis durations,and data inconsistency.Addressing these issues,this paper introduces an automated multiparametric integrated analysis platform for transformer oil,centered around a micro-electromagnetic valve array.This innovative platform consolidates various analytical parameters into a unified system,which quantitatively distributes oil samples collected from transformers to different analytical devices based on specific testing needs.The platform enables simultaneous testing and supports functions such as batch multiparametric analysis,data consolidation,and systematic organization of oil samples.It significantly reduces the expertise required for operators,shortens the duration of manual operations,ensures data accuracy,and enhances the repeatability of analytical data.
