摘 要:氢能作为我国重点支持领域,其相关标准对氢能产业的发展起着至关重要的支撑作用。目前,各国正积极围绕氢能产业链制定氢能标准,这一过程在推动相关领域发展方面具有十分重要的作用。本文对现有的氢能产业链的相关标准进行梳理,结合氢能产业发展需求,从基础与安全、氢制备、氢储运、氢加注和氢应用方面研究国内氢能标准现状,深入分析每一环节标准的颁布情况,并从氢能产业技术要求、国际标准接轨和政策推动三个方面对氢能行业关注的重点领域的标准进行布局,对我国下一阶段的氢能标准发展给出建议,以满足氢能产业技术发展的标准需求,推动我国氢能产业的高质量发展。Hydrogen energy, a key area supported by China, plays a vital role in underpinning the development of the hydrogen energy industry. At present, various countries are actively formulating hydrogen energy standards around the hydrogen energy industrial chain. This process is of great significance in promoting the development of related fields. This article sorts out the existing relevant standards of the hydrogen energy industrial chain, combines the development demands of the hydrogen energy industry, and studies the current status of domestic hydrogen energy standards from the aspects of foundation and safety, hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogen refueling, and hydrogen application. It conducts an in-depth analysis of the promulgation of standards in each link and makes a layout of the standards in the key areas of concern in the hydrogen energy industry from three aspects: technical requirements of the hydrogen energy industry, alignment with international standards, and policy promotion. Moreover, it provides suggestions for the development of hydrogen energy standards in the next stage in China to meet the standard requirements for the technological development of the hydrogen energy industry and promote the high-quality development of hydrogen energy industry.
