摘  要:金刚石半导体材料因其高热导率、禁带宽度等性能,在电子、光电、热管理等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力,被誉为“终极半导体”材料。然而,该行业尚处于起步发展阶段,其细分领域高层次专业人才的需求日益迫切,人才培养模式尚需研究。本文旨在通过构建理论与实践相结合的教育体系,探讨面向应用技术型大学的金刚石半导体行业硕士生培养模式,培养出具备扎实理论基础、实践能力和创新精神的复合型人才,以满足行业发展的需求。Diamond semiconductor material has shown great potential for applications in electronics,optoelectronics,thermal management,and other fields due to its high thermal conductivity,bandgap width,and other properties,which is known as the“ultimate semiconductor”material.However,the industry is still in its early stages of development,and the demand for high-level professional talents in its segmented fields is becoming increasingly urgent.The talent cultivation model still needs to be studied.This article constructs an education system that combines theory and practice,and aims to explore the master's cultivation model for the diamond semiconductor industry in applied technology university.The study aims to cultivate composite talents with solid theoretical foundations,strong practical abilities,and innovative spirit to meet the needs of industry development.
