摘　　要：仿真推演方案评估用来定量评估仿真规划的行动方案达成预定目标的程度。针对当前通信对抗方案评估技术缺少对方案推演过程的实时效果评估和关键环节分析、方案决策人员函需方案自动化评估工具等问题,提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)一摘值法和加权TOPSIS法的通信对抗多方案自动化评估方法,对方案评估系统技术架构以及方案实时过程评估、方案综合评估、多方案排序等自动化评估技术实现途径进行阐述,实现了对方案的仿真评估与排序,可为方案评估系统工具构建提供参考。Evaluation of simulation deduction plan is used to quantitatively evaluate the extent to which the simulation planned course of action achieves it's intended objectives.This paper aims at the lack of real-time ef-fect evaluation and key link analysis in the current communication countermeasures plan evaluation technology,and decision makers urgently need automated plan evaluation tools,presents an automatic evaluation method based on the AHP-entropy and weighted TOPSIS for multiple communication countermeasure plans,and eval-uation system architecture and the automated evaluation technical approaches such as real-time process evalua-tion,comprehensive evaluation and multi-plan ranking are elaborated,to realize the simulation evaluation and ranking of the simutlation plan,it can provide reference for the construction of plan evalustion system tool.
