基于《黄帝内经》探讨周痹病及其针灸治疗方法

摘　　要：《灵枢》“周痹”是一种在病位和病因病机上与“五脏痹”“五体痹”等有明显区别的痹病。风寒湿三邪留于分肉之间,迫切津液为“沫”,致使人体真气不能周流全身,发为痹病。“周痹”发作时,痹痛可随经脉上下移徙,故治疗应直取分肉之间,以泻邪气。针灸是治疗痹证的有效手段,治疗周痹时可以使用“岐黄针”配合“合谷刺”等手法泻分肉之间的邪气,或是运用火针、艾灸、温针灸等多种温热疗法促使病理产物“沫”消散,从而恢复真气流通,达到治疗目的。The“general arthralgia”discussed in Miraculous Pivot is a kind of arthralgia that is obviously different from“Wuzang bi disease”and“Wuti bi disease”in terms of disease position,etiological and pathogenesis.It is due to the three pathogens of wind cold dampness left between the muscles,squeezing the body fluid into“froth”,which is a pathological product,causing the genuine qi cannot circulate throughout the human body,resulting in arthralgia.When the“general arthralgia”attacks,the arthralgia pain can migrate up and down along the meridians,so the treatment should be directly taken between the muscles to purge the pathogenic qi.Acupuncture therapy is an effective means to treat arthralgia syndrome.During the treatment,“Qihuang needle”combined with“Hegu needing”and other manipulations can be used to remove the pathogenic qi between the muscles,or use fire acupuncture,moxibustion,needle warming moxibustion and other thermotherapies to promote the dissipation of“froth”and restore the circulation of genuine qi,so as to achieve the purpose of treating general arthralgia.
