桃红四物汤联合中医手法整复夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究桃红四物汤联合中医手法整复夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2020年6月—2022年6月收治的74例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组接受中医手法整复夹板外固定治疗,观察组在此基础上给予桃红四物汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、骨折修复因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.30%(36/37),高于对照组的81.08%(30/37)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上述指标水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予桡骨远端骨折患者桃红四物汤联合中医手法整复夹板外固定治疗,可以有效调节其骨折修复因子水平,提高临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine manipulative splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 74 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine manipulation splint external fixation treatment,on the basis of which the observation group was given Taohong Siwu decoction treatment.The clinical efficacy and the level of fracture repair factor were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%(36/37),which was higher than that of the control group(81.08%,30/37)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine manipulative splint external fixation can effectively adjust the level of fracture repair factors in patients with distal radius fracture and improve the clinical effect.
