摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,主要累及直肠和结肠,多反复发作,表现为间断性腹泻、黏液脓血便、腹痛及里急后重等。此病治愈难度大、复发率高且具有较高的癌变率,与结肠癌的发病密切相关。文章参考各类文献、《消化系统常见病溃疡性结肠炎中医诊疗指南(基层医生版)》以及作者3年的治疗经验体会,简要阐述中西医结合治疗UC的方法和临床效果,并结合1例治疗验案及其肠镜结果作分析、说明,为临床治疗寻求最佳方案。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease,mainly involving the rectum and colon,with a recurrent chronic course.It is characterized by intermittent diarrhea,mucopurulent bloody stool,abdominal pain and tenesmus.This disease is difficult to cure,has a high recurrence rate and a high cancer rate,and is closely related to the incidence of colon cancer.With reference to various literatures,Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Guide for Ulcerative Colitis,a common disease of the digestive system(grass-roots doctor version)and the author’s 3 years of treatment experience,this paper briefly described the methods and clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of UC,and analyzed and explained a case of treatment and colonoscopy results to seek the best plan for clinical treatment.
