泻下通便脐贴散治疗多发性骨折卧床患者功能性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨泻下通便脐贴散对骨折卧床患者功能性便秘的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月泉州市正骨医院收治的多发性骨折绝对卧床发生功能性便秘的患者128例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分对照组和试验组,各64例,对照组按照便秘进行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上使用团队研发的泻下通便脐贴散,比较两组患者临床疗效和术后首次排便时间。结果试验组治疗总有效率为87.5%(56/64),高于对照组的28.1%(18/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后首次排便时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泻下通便脐贴散对骨折卧床患者的功能性便秘具有治疗作用,操作简单,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Xiexia Tongbian Qitie powder in the treatment of functional constipation in patients with multiple fractures in bed.Methods From January 2020 to October 2022,a total of 128 absolutely bedridden patients with functional constipation of multiple fractures admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital were taken as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received routine care according to constipation,and the experimental group used Xiexia Tongbian Qitie powder developed by the team on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and the time of first postoperative defecation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5%(56/64),which was higher than that of the control group(28.1%,18/64),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first defecation time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiexia Tongbian Qitie powder has therapeutic effect on functional constipation of fracture bedridden patients,and is simple to operate,which is worthy of further clinical application.
