翻译本体视域下文树德《素问》英译中的理解再现与接受

摘　　要：在历经翻译研究的各种“转向”后,译学界关于回归翻译本体、立足本体学科的呼声逐渐增多。文章通过发掘翻译本体与哲学思想的关联,阐释翻译本体在宏观和中观层面的内涵;并以此为基点,分别从“译者之心”“翻译之难”和“海外之音”三个方面,探讨文树德《素问》英译中的“理解”“再现”与“接受”。文树德对《素问》医学知识和人文思想的深刻理解,使他与原作产生了共鸣,形成了极度忠实于原作、力求向西方传递异质文化的总体翻译原则和目的;他在面对翻译困难时所采取的深度和异化翻译策略,形成了整部译本的翻译特色;海外学者对文树德《素问》英译本的高度评价,使其成为中华传统文化典籍“走出去”的一个优秀范例。Having gone through various“turns”in translation studies,the translation field witnessed increasing voices of returning to translation ontology and basing itself on the very discipline of translation.By exploring the connections between translation ontology and philosophy,the research illustrates the connotation of translation ontology at macro and mid levels and takes it as the basis to discuss the“interpretation”,“representation”and“acceptance”of Paul U.Unschuld’s English version of Suwen from three aspects as“translator’s heart”,“translation difficulties”and“overseas voice”.Unschuld’s profound understanding of the medical knowledge and humanistic thoughts in Suwen made him“resonate”with the original work,which leads him to formulate the general translation principle and purpose of being extremely faithful to the original and striving to transmit the exotic culture to the west.The entire translated version is featured by its in-depth and foreignized translation strategy,and the high opinion of Unschuld’s Suwen by overseas scholars makes it an excellent example of Chinese classics’“going out”.
